Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Jobflips reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall jobflips.com, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and jobflips.com, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website. The maximum liability under any circumstance will not exceed Rs. 10000.

These limitations of liability apply even if Jobflips.com has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent jobflips.com from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Other Terms

No free database access would be given to people who contribute less than 1% of total resume database, calculated on preceding 31st March End. For year ending March 2019, anybody who contribute less than 1000 resumes up to September 2018, no database access would be given from October 2018. Though one would be eligible for proportionate profit of distributable revenues. The distributable revenues would be decided by management of Jobflips.com in the month of April each year for last year financial year ending on preceding march month. which will not exceed 30% of total revenues and will not be less than 5% of total revenues. The profit distribution is for first 10 years of the company and database access is for life time but subject to above condition of 1%.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

jobflips.com is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

Assignment

jobflips.com shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between jobflips.com and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes and differences arising out and in connection with this service shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with any statutory amendments thereof. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Company. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on parties. Existence of a dispute/difference shall not constitute a claim against Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing the courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to decide any matters related and connected to the instant terms.
